About SWEET SEAS

The Jeanneau 36.2 is a great sailing and very comfortable yacht. "SWEET SEAS" is an excellent example of a well maintained 36.2. Her interior is fresh, clean and nice. She is easy to handle under sail and around the docks and is a true standout in the under $60k range.

From a history of great sailing prowess, mated to the finest production quality, the 36.2 offers dimensions of unmatched livability. The Jeanneau 36.2 is constructed from a hand-laid fiberglass hull, with fully encased floors and hull longitudinals plus perimeter bonded structural bulkheads. The deck is through-bolted and bonded with elastic polymer to the hull. This method of yacht building creates superior strength and rigidity. There is also a vinylester resin skin coat for osmotic blister protection.

The cockpit-deck includes a cut away transom with a swim platform, a swim ladder, a hot/cold fresh water shower, and a walk-through transom with hinged helm seat for easy access. The yacht features wheel steering, a pedestal instrument console with a Garmin Chartplotter, a new Raymarine Autopilot, New B&G Sailing Instruments and a folding cockpit table. Aft-mounted genoa sheet winches make for easy short handing, a wide coach roof provides deck lounging areas, and there are five hatches and 10 opening ports to provide excellent ventilation. There are cockpit-mounted, self-tailing genoa sheet winches and a roof-mounted halyard-main sheet winch. Roller furling headsail, a conventional battened mainsail, classic aluminum mast and boom, stainless standing rigging, low-stretch running rigging, and sail controls are led to the cockpit.

Below deck SWEET SEAS features a spectacular rich teak interior with a teak and holly sole. There are two private staterooms and one comfortable head compartment. The starboard aft owners cabin has a queen berth with hanging locker, boot locker and storage shelf. The galley offers double stainless sinks, top loading icebox, two-burner stove with oven, and ample storage space. The marine toilet with aft shower area is separated from the sink-vanity by a Plexiglas door. The salon boasts a large U-shaped dinette with a nice teak table and an opposing straight settee. A Dickinson Marine Diesel heater provides warmth to the interior on cold days. There is an aft-facing navigator's table with electrical panels outboard and a hanging locker. Forward, there is a long V-berth in a separate stateroom with hanging locker, vanity with sink and mirrored locker, plus storage shelves.

SWEET SEAS is a very comfortable sailing yacht! She is clean and well cared for. Don't let another season pass you by. Have fun on the water now!. Schedule an appointment to see "SWEET SEAS" today.
